The Superior Court serves all the citizens of Wells County as one of the trial courts. The court has jurisdiction over all felonies, misdemeanors, civil cases (of all amounts), small claims, traffic, cases involving title and possession of real property, dissolution of marriage, probate, conservatorship, mental health, and juvenile proceedings.

Everett E. Goshorn
Wells Superior Court Judge
Biography
Biography
A 1967 graduate of Purdue University and a 1970 graduate of Indiana University School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree.  Judge Goshorn is also a 1986 graduate of the Indiana Judicial College and a 2002 graduate of the Indiana Graduate Program for Judges.  He has authored or edited several manuals used by Judges throughout the State of Indiana and has served on a variety of committees of the Judicial Conference of Indiana.

Judge Goshorn has presided as Judge of the Wells County Court and the Wells Superior Court since January 1, 1981.
