Biography
Rina Stuck has served Wells County since 2003. She was a Deputy Recorder from 2003 - 2008. Stuck was elected Recorder taking office January 1st, 2009.
Prior Wells County public service includes 13 years employment with WNUY (Y-100) Radio as the Office and
Traffic Manager. She is a member of Tri Kappa and Calvary Lutheran Church.
