Affirmation Statement    

A document may not be submitted to the County Recorder for recording or filing that contains a Social Security number unless required by law. IC36-2-7.5-4

All documents, unless exempted by IC36-2-11-15(a) must identify the name of the preparer of the document and state the required affirmation verbatim in IC36-2-11-15(d)

Uniform Commercial Code
Beginning 7-1-2001 all financing statements involving personal property are to be filed at the Indiana Secretary of State's office. Failure to file in the prper office may affect the perfiection of the lien.

Rina Stuck has served Wells County since 2003.  She was a Deputy Recorder from 2003 - 2008. Stuck was elected Recorder taking office January 1st, 2009.

Prior Wells County public service includes 13 years employment with WNUY (Y-100) Radio as the Office and

Traffic Manager. She is a member of Tri Kappa and Calvary Lutheran Church.
