Biography
Sandy Fair has served
Wells County since 1993. She was Deputy Recorder from
1993 through 2000. Fair was elected Recorder taking office
January 1, 2001 and has since been re-elected to a second four-year term starting January 1, 2005.
Prior part-time experience in Wells County government
came intermittently with assisting in the Treasurer's
Office with spring and fall tax collections. Sandy also
assisted in the Wells Circuit Court on a special project.
She is a member of the task force for GIS (Geographical
Information System) representing the Recorder's Office.
She also currently serves as a director for the Bluffton
Street Fair Association.
